Daniel 2:43

And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

Thriving in What Should Have Consumed Us…

For more than ten years I wondered why it was taking so long for me to create this tool or even if I ever was going to be able to create it at all… With all of my education, street smarts, and business savvy, I shared the business plan with others, I recruited partners, I tried everything that I could think of. I mean, nothing I had done up until this point towards the creation of Desire Health Magazine, Inc. had worked.

It totally consumed me!

And then one night, it just hit me like a ton of bricks…what was missing? SPIRITUALITY!

When I added God directly into the mix, and recommitted My Life to Christ, not only was the mental anguish of not being able to continue with this endeavor gone, but the words, and the process just began to flow from my spirit like I felt it was intended to do from the beginning.

Have you ever been through some things that should have marked you for life, but instead served to strengthen and free you? Perhaps you were depressed for a long time, felt like that you were in it all alone, and could not depend on anyone; but after drawing nearer to God in search of spiritual healing, you woke up one morning and said, “I don’t feel the heaviness any longer”; All of my Anxiety is gone, No Pressure whatsoever…

If you haven’t yet had this experience, God wants to lose you in the midst of the fire so that it can be a testimony…

just like Desire Health Magazine, Inc.

We need to stop looking for a way out of tight situations, and the path of least resistance, blaming others for our short comings, and crying with a “whoa is me” attitude.

The path to deliverance is being able to function in what should have consumed us.

We’re living in times of turmoil, strife, uncertainty, disloyalty, distrust, and outright disregard for each other, and are willing to do anything to our fellowman, just to keep our way (MAN’S) not God’s way of life, i.e. lifestyle, just to hold on to our worldly and materialistic possessions (IDOLS); even going so far as to destroy others or to try and control them for our own self edification.

Daniel 3:12

“And when they ran and told i.e.(SNITCHED) Neb-u-chad-nez’zar, that there are certain Jews whom thou hast set over the affairs of the province Babylon, Sha’drach, Me’Shach and A-be-ne-go; these men, O king, have not regarded thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou has set up.

Daniel 3: 20-25

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego did not lose their praise (IMMUDABLE) even though they were thrown into the fire. God says, in effect, “The enemy can turn up the fire as hot as hell, but you will not die in it because you belong to Me. They haven’t made a fire hot enough to consume your life. There isn’t a situation tight enough to hold you down.

Evidently, it was so hot outside the furnace that the strong men who threw Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego into the fire were killed. There are some things that destroy other people, but when you walk through the same thing, you are preserved by almighty God because you have remained in his presence and have received His sustaining power.

To other people, it looks like you’re being consumed; but you’re actually being consecrated for His purposes.

PROVERBS 7: 1-5

My son, keep my words and store up my commands within you. Keep my commands and you will live; guard my teachings as the apple of your eye. Bind them on your fingers; write them on a tablet of your heart. Say to wisdom, “You are my sister,” and call understanding your kinsman; they will keep you from the adulteress, from the wayward wife with her seductive words. AMEN.
